Instructions for use:

Insert batteries into device before use, battery door is on the side (opposite of the on/off wheel), open by pulling up. The size of the headphone frame is adjustable by smoothly pulling the side fork.

Put the headphones on with the microphones facing forward. The actual activation of the damping/amplification is by a rotary wheel, which also controls the volume. After use, the device is switched off by turning the adjustment wheel to its original position.
